How much is delivery and how long does it take?

Delivery anywhere in the UAE takes 2–3 business days. It’s free on orders over AED 450, otherwise a flat AED 30. You’ll get tracking by message once your order ships.

Are your products safe for babies and children?

Yes — our creams were first made for Dr. Muna’s young son. As with anything new, we recommend a small patch test first. Our aromatherapy roll-ons are made for adults.

What if a product doesn’t work for me?

Every order comes with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Contact us and we’ll give you a full refund, no questions asked.

How long until I see results?

Many customers feel calmer, more comfortable skin within a few days. For eczema and very dry skin, use consistently for 2–4 weeks.

Can I use them alongside prescription creams?

Our products are gentle, but please check with your doctor before combining them with prescription treatments such as steroid creams.

Can I change or cancel my order?
